i.i.imabari! cycle station is the Imabari gateway to the Shimanami Kaido.

Conveniently located in front of JR Imabari Station at the Shikoku gateway to the Shimanami Kaido, i.i.imabari! Cycle Station is a welcoming hub for cyclists and visitors alike.

Designed as both a cycling terminal and a community space, it’s an easy first stop before setting out across the islands, or a place to unwind after a long ride.

The facility offers practical, cyclist-friendly amenities, including bike parking, rest areas, lockers, changing rooms with showers (500 yen for 30 minutes), and information services that help riders plan routes, check conditions, or find nearby attractions. Its open, modern design makes it equally accessible for casual travelers, families, and dedicated cyclists.

Relax on the spacious wooden deck, or in the adjacent tourist information center, which, as well as lots of pamphlets and English-speaking staff, offers free Wi-Fi, phone charging, and the opportunity to refill your water bottles. And don’t forget to get your souvenir pic at the souvenir photo wall!

Bicycle Rental
i.i.imabari! Cycle Station has a large fleet of bicycles available for rent, and checking availability in advance can be a good alternative if all bikes at the Onomichi Station terminal are fully booked.

Left Luggage
Baggage can be stored here for 700 yen per piece for the day. Visitors planning to store baggage for longer than one day are advised to use luggage lockers in JR Imabaro Station (maximum 3 days) or at nearby cycle hostel Cyclo no Ie.

Luggage Delivery Service
The Imabari Station Cycling Terminal also serves as a shipping and pickup point for Sagawa Express’s same-day luggage delivery service “Shimanami Tebura Cycling". Shipping is available from 08:00-10:00 and is limited to rental bike users and cyclists. Luggage sent here from other locations via the service can be picked up 16:00–20:00 (Winter: 16:00–18:00).
