On a narrow backstreet in Kamiyuge on the peaceful island of Yuge, along the Yumeshima Kaido, Kitchen 313 Kamiyuge is a charming bagel shop housed in a traditional building that has stood for over 100 years.
 
It is a delightful stop for hungry travelers exploring this lesser-known island route. Specializing in freshly baked, hand-rolled bagels, made from flour from Hokkaido, French yeast, salt, and a little sugar. They come in various flavors, some of which feature regional specialties such as local fruits and citrus, and can be enjoyed as is, or as tasty sandwiches.
 
Visitors can enjoy their bagels in little eat-in space, on the lawn outside, or get them to-go and picnic by the sea. In addition to bagels, Kitchen 313 Kamiyuge also produces a selection of baked goods that change according to the seasons and the moods of the resident baker, as well as delicious coffee and homemade soft drinks.
