Take a break, rent bikes, end enjoy incredible views of the Kurushima Straits

Sunrise Itoyama, located at the Imabari end of the spectacular Kurushima Straits Bridge, is approximately 7km from i.i.imabari! Cycle Station next to Imabari JR Station. It is a mixed-use facility that offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Kurushima Straits.
 
Whether you start or finish your Shimanami Cycle trip here or are just passing through, be sure to stop for a souvenir photo at the big SHIMANAMI sign.
 
The Chuo Cycle Station is located next to Sunrise Itoyama and has a good range of bicycles for rent, and is the place in Imabari to pick up an E-bike (unavailable at i.i.imabari! Cycle Station). Several styles of E-bikes are available, which are great for short explorations of the bridge or nearby islands.
 
You can relax in the on-site café, enjoying a refreshing drink, breakfast, lunch, or dinner while enjoying the stunning ocean vistas, and you can even stay overnight here. Though quite basic, the rooms are reasonably priced and have great views.
 
Sunrise Itoyama also has amenities, including restrooms, vending machines, showers, laundry, and a small shop where anyone can purchase snacks, drinks, and local souvenirs.
